The conditions for an enterprise to apply for import and export are as follows:
1. Register the business license of enterprise legal person or business license;
2. The registered capital of the enterprise shall not be less than 50W RMB;
3. Handle tax registration and pay taxes according to law;
4. The legal person (person in charge) has not been the legal person (person in charge) of the enterprise whose import and export business qualification has been revoked within 3 years.
Materials required for enterprises to apply for import and export qualifications:
1. The written application shall indicate that the enterprise legal person (person in charge) has not served as the legal person (person in charge) of the enterprise whose import and export business qualification has been revoked within 3 years;
2. A copy of the "business license for enterprise legal person" or the "business license" with the certification seal of the industrial and commercial administration department;
3. A copy of the tax registration certificate;
4. Copy of organization code certificate;
5. A copy of the ID card of the legal person (person in charge) of the enterprise;
6. A copy of the capital verification report issued by an accounting firm shall be provided by an unincorporated enterprise;
7. After other materials that prove that they meet the requirements of applying for self operated import and export qualification have obtained the import and export qualification, international freight can go through the electronic port IC card for customs declaration.
